Fountain Valley has roughly 56,000 residents and a steady calendar of weddings, mehndis, graduations and corporate mornings — all of which need something for guests to hold.
We are based in Corona, about 25 miles away, so Fountain Valley is a short run for us — easy to schedule around an early setup or a late finish.
Everything arrives with us — canopy, counter, panels and equipment — so a venue without a prep kitchen is not a problem, indoors or out. We regularly quote for Huntington Beach and Westminster on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.
Why baklava catering works at a Fountain Valley event
Most drinks vendors in Orange County offer some version of the same menu. Ours is the one guests have not been handed before — karak simmered with green cardamom, gahwa poured from a brass dallah, Turkish coffee made to order in a cezve.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming
We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
