The maths of a conference break
Two hundred delegates and a twenty-minute break is a throughput problem before it is a catering one. Everyone has stood in the drinks queue that never cleared before the next session started.
Brewed tea and coffee are made in volume before the doors open. We pour continuously, which means the break ends with people back in the room instead of still holding a ticket.
Low power, small footprint
The setup is light on requirements too — very little power, no dedicated circuit, and a footprint that fits a lobby or a courtyard. For office buildings and convention spaces with strict facilities rules, that removes most of the usual objections.
For brand activations
The booth is a black-and-blush calligraphy canopy that reads as a designed object, not a catering table. If the point of the activation is that people stop, photograph and post, a Gulf tea service does more work than a branded cup of drip coffee.
The menu
Everything that travels with the booth
Tea
Dubai Karak Chai
كركThe signature. Strong black tea, cardamom, evaporated milk, brewed and poured to order.

Arabic Coffee
قهوة عربيةGahwa poured from a traditional dallah — the Gulf's welcome drink.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
- Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
- Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
- Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
- Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown
What guests say
Reviews from Google
“Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.”
“I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!”
“I drink Karak very frequently and I've tried it here and it was the best Karak I've tried so far. I recommend everyone trying it out!”
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you cater office events?
Yes — office all-hands, client days, conference breaks, trade-show hospitality and brand activations across Orange County and Los Angeles.
How much power do you need?
Very little — the drinks are brewed in pots and urns rather than on heavy equipment. Tell us the venue in the quote form and we will confirm exact requirements.
How fast can you serve a large group?
Quickly. Tea and coffee are brewed in volume ahead of the pour rather than made one drink at a time, so the counter keeps handing cups over and the queue moves continuously.
Can the booth be branded for our company?
Ask us in the quote form and we will tell you what is possible for your event.
Do you serve cold drinks for summer offsites?
Yes. Iced tea and a made-to-order dirty soda bar run alongside the hot menu.
