Three moments a wedding needs a drinks booth

The arrival window, when guests are standing around waiting for something to happen and a dallah of gahwa with dates gives them a reason to gather. The middle of the reception, when the coffee course usually arrives lukewarm from a banquet urn. And late, when people have danced and want something hot and sweet before they drive home.

A served booth covers all three from one setup. There is no reheating, no urn, and no waiting for a caterer to circulate.

It photographs

Our canopy is a black-and-blush calligraphy piece before it is a beverage station, and a karak pour is a genuinely good shot. Couples put it near the dance floor or the entrance for exactly that reason — it gives the photographer something and it gives guests a place to stand.

Something the other vendors are not bringing

Very few weddings in Orange County can offer their guests a proper Gulf tea and coffee service. If the two families are Arab, Emirati, Khaleeji, Pakistani or Desi, this is the detail relatives comment on afterwards.

The menu

Everything that travels with the booth

Tea

Dubai Karak Chai

كرك
Signature

The signature. Strong black tea, cardamom, evaporated milk, brewed and poured to order.

Sulaimani Tea

سليماني

Black tea with no milk, brightened with lemon and a little spice. The Gulf digestif.

Sage Tea

ميرمية

Maramiya — fresh sage steeped with black tea. Herbal, warming, naturally caffeine-light.

Ginger Lemon Tea

Fresh ginger and lemon, steeped hot. The caffeine-free option that isn't an afterthought.

Iced Tea

Chilled and lightly sweetened — the outdoor-event workhorse.

Coffee

Turkish Coffee

قهوة تركية

Finely ground coffee simmered in a cezve and poured unfiltered, grounds and all.

Saudi Coffee

قهوة سعودية

Pale, cardamom-forward and lightly roasted, served in small handleless finjan cups.

Arabic Coffee

قهوة عربية

Gahwa poured from a traditional dallah — the Gulf's welcome drink.

French Coffee

Sweet, milky and mild — the Middle Eastern café version, not a French press.

Spanish Latte

New

Coffee with sweetened condensed milk — rich, sweet and currently everywhere.

Cold

Dirty Soda

Soda built with cream, syrups and fruit — the trend, done as a full serve-to-order bar.

Snack

Chips & Cheese Paratha

Flaky paratha wrapped around melted cheese and Chips Oman, with hot sauce.

Sweet

Kunafa

كنافة

Shredded pastry over soft cheese, baked and soaked in syrup. Served warm.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

The Dubai Karak team standing inside their branded canopy booth at an outdoor event

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can you serve?

The booth is built for volume — tea and coffee are brewed in pots rather than pulled one at a time, so a large post-ceremony rush clears quickly. Send your guest count through the quote form and we will confirm the setup you need.

Can you serve during the arrival hour and again later?

Yes. Most weddings book us across the arrival window and the reception, and many add a late slot. One setup covers the whole night.

Do you provide the canopy and setup?

Yes. Branded canopy, calligraphy panels, feather flags and the counter all come with us, and we set up and break down ourselves.

Can you do indoor ballrooms?

Yes, indoor and outdoor both work. Tell us the space in the quote form and we will plan the footprint around it.

What about guests who do not drink caffeine?

Ginger lemon tea, sage tea and a caffeine-free dirty soda bar all run from the same counter.
