Knafeh catering for events in Seal Beach

Seal Beach is one of the Orange County cities we travel to most naturally, and at roughly 24,000 people it has the venues, the halls and the backyards to match.

Corona to Seal Beach is roughly 29 miles, which is a comfortable drive for us and keeps setup timings flexible.

We are self-contained. The booth, the counter and all the equipment come on the van, which means Seal Beach venues with no kitchen access still work fine. We regularly quote for Los Alamitos and Westminster on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.

Why knafeh catering works at a Seal Beach event

A served booth behaves differently to a self-service urn. Everything is brewed in volume before doors open, so when a ceremony ends and two hundred people move at once, the counter keeps handing cups over instead of forming a queue that never clears.

For a Seal Beach event that usually matters most in a twenty-minute window — after the ceremony, at a conference break, or in the hour after sunset during Ramadan. We plan the pour around whenever your rush actually lands.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

The Dubai Karak team standing inside their branded canopy booth at an outdoor event

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!

Questions

Seal Beach — common questions

Do you cover Seal Beach?

Yes. Seal Beach is about 29 miles from our base in Corona and well inside the area we cover.

What do you serve at a Seal Beach event?

Everything on our menu comes to Seal Beach — karak chai and the tea line-up, four traditional coffees plus a Spanish latte, the dirty soda bar, chips and cheese paratha, and kunafa served warm.

Do you bring your own setup to Seal Beach?

Yes — branded canopy, Arabic calligraphy panels, feather flags, the counter and all equipment. We set up and break down ourselves, and we work indoors or outdoors.

How far ahead should we book a Seal Beach date?

Sooner is better — Ramadan and the spring-to-autumn wedding run are the first to go. Drop your date in the form and we will tell you within minutes whether it is open.

Do you serve other cities near Seal Beach?

Yes — we cover Orange County broadly, including Los Alamitos, Westminster, Cypress. If your venue is nearby, ask and we will confirm.
