Gulf tea and coffee in El Segundo
El Segundo is a Los Angeles County city of around 17,000 people, and like everywhere else in Southern California its event calendar is full of weddings, graduations, corporate mornings and community celebrations. What it does not have much of is somewhere to get a proper cup of karak.

We arrive with the branded canopy, the calligraphy panels, the counter and every piece of equipment, set up, serve and break down. Venues without kitchen access are fine — the booth is entirely self-contained.

How it works
A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming
We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.
That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.
