Chai catering for events in Santa Ana

Santa Ana sits in Orange County, and with a population around 316,000 it throws the full range of events we cater — weddings and nikkahs, corporate mornings, graduation parties and community festivals.

We are based in Corona, about 21 miles away, so Santa Ana is a short run for us — easy to schedule around an early setup or a late finish.

The chai catering menu travels with everything it needs: the branded canopy, the calligraphy panels, the counter and the equipment. We set up, serve and break down ourselves. We regularly quote for Orange and Tustin on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.

Why chai catering works at a Santa Ana event

A served booth behaves differently to a self-service urn. Everything is brewed in volume before doors open, so when a ceremony ends and two hundred people move at once, the counter keeps handing cups over instead of forming a queue that never clears.

For a Santa Ana event that usually matters most in a twenty-minute window — after the ceremony, at a conference break, or in the hour after sunset during Ramadan. We plan the pour around whenever your rush actually lands.

Signature

The signature. Strong black tea, cardamom, evaporated milk, brewed and poured to order.

Sulaimani Tea

سليماني

Black tea with no milk, brightened with lemon and a little spice. The Gulf digestif.

Sage Tea

ميرمية

Maramiya — fresh sage steeped with black tea. Herbal, warming, naturally caffeine-light.

Ginger Lemon Tea

Fresh ginger and lemon, steeped hot. The caffeine-free option that isn't an afterthought.

Iced Tea

Chilled and lightly sweetened — the outdoor-event workhorse.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!

Questions

Santa Ana — common questions

Do you cover Santa Ana?

Yes. Santa Ana is about 21 miles from our base in Corona and well inside the area we cover.

What do you serve at a Santa Ana event?

Hot: karak, sulaimani, sage, ginger lemon, and Arabic, Turkish, Saudi and French coffee with a Spanish latte. Cold: iced tea and a built-to-order dirty soda bar. Food: chips and cheese paratha, and warm kunafa.

Do you bring your own setup to Santa Ana?

We arrive self-contained: canopy, panels, flags, counter and equipment, with setup and breakdown handled by us. Indoor halls and open lots both work.

How far ahead should we book a Santa Ana date?

Do you serve other cities near Santa Ana?

Yes — we cover Orange County broadly, including Orange, Tustin, Fountain Valley. If your venue is nearby, ask and we will confirm.
