Knafeh catering for events in Santa Ana

Between the Orange County venues and the backyards, Santa Ana keeps us busy. It is a city of around 316,000, and the events we get called for range from fifty-guest nikkahs to full community festivals.

We are based in Corona, about 21 miles away, so Santa Ana is a short run for us — easy to schedule around an early setup or a late finish.

The knafeh catering menu travels with everything it needs: the branded canopy, the calligraphy panels, the counter and the equipment. We set up, serve and break down ourselves. We regularly quote for Orange and Tustin on the same trips, so if your venue sits between them the logistics usually work out well.

What a Santa Ana booking looks like

The booth is a black-and-blush calligraphy canopy before it is a drinks station, which is why hosts tend to put it where people gather rather than tucking it at the back.

Alongside the hot menu we run iced tea and a made-to-order dirty soda bar, so a summer afternoon in Santa Ana works as well as an evening in December. Kunafa and the chips-and-cheese paratha cover the food side.

How it works

A booth, a counter, and a queue that keeps forming

The Dubai Karak team standing inside their branded canopy booth at an outdoor event

We bring a branded canopy, a served counter, and pots of tea and coffee brewed the way they are brewed in the Gulf. Because everything is brewed in volume before the doors open, we hand out a hot cup every few seconds rather than every few minutes.

That matters most at the moments events actually get busy: the end of a ceremony, a conference break, the hour after sunset at a Ramadan bazaar. The booth is designed to absorb a crowd, and the setup is designed to be photographed while it does.

  • Branded canopy, calligraphy panels and feather flags included
  • Served counter — guests are handed a cup, not left to self-serve
  • Hot and cold menu so the booth works in July as well as December
  • Indoor or outdoor, with our own setup and breakdown

★★★★★
Honestly one of the best Karak experiences in California. Mohammad really knows what he's doing. Every cup hits different, rich, smooth, and full of authentic Eastern flavor. You can literally taste the spices, the warmth, the culture in every sip. It's not just tea, it feels like a small trip to the Middle East right here in Cali. If you're into real Karak, this place is a must.

I had the pleasure of having The Dubai Karak at my birthday celebration, and they truly exceeded every expectation. They were so kind, generous, and welcoming, creating such a beautiful atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The karak was absolutely amazing, rich and authentic, and they offered so much more than just drinks. Every detail, from their presentation to their outfits, was executed perfectly from A to Z. They brought such a luxurious, elevated vibe that made everyone fall in love with the experience and truly made my party unforgettable!

Santa Ana — common questions

Do you cover Santa Ana?

Yes. Santa Ana is about 21 miles from our base in Corona and well inside the area we cover.

What do you serve at a Santa Ana event?

Hot: karak, sulaimani, sage, ginger lemon, and Arabic, Turkish, Saudi and French coffee with a Spanish latte. Cold: iced tea and a built-to-order dirty soda bar. Food: chips and cheese paratha, and warm kunafa.

Do you bring your own setup to Santa Ana?

We arrive self-contained: canopy, panels, flags, counter and equipment, with setup and breakdown handled by us. Indoor halls and open lots both work.
